Can I update the website myself?
The connected listing gives authorised brokers controls for price, location and news. Those updates can be published without a separate YachtAddress approval. YachtAddress remains responsible for the website and wider design and content changes.
Are new photography and advertising included?
The service uses your approved material. New content production, paid media, a substantial redesign and major new campaign work are scoped separately.
What happens when the yacht sells?
The website can be taken offline, but a sale or the end of your mandate does not end the contract early. The six-month minimum term and subsequent three-month renewal terms still apply. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice before the current term ends. Replacement website work is agreed separately.
