YachtAddress

Listing relaunch for yacht brokers

When a listing
stalls, bring the owner a plan.

Long days on market, a price change, a renewal ahead. We build the relaunch: market position, a new sales story, the yacht’s own website and reporting the owner can open any time.

A listing year, roughly

When the listing starts to hurt.

An illustration, not a statistic. Every listing keeps its own calendar.

  1. Day 1

    Listed

New photographs, an agreed price, the first viewings in the diary.

  2. Day 120

    The first price change

A sensible decision. Most buyers who looked at her in spring never hear about it.

  3. Day 200

    The enquiries thin out

The portals still show her, between forty similar cards, with the same photographs as in spring.

  4. Day 260

The owner asks what happens next

A fair question. “We reduced the price and contacted the market again” is a hard answer to give twice.

  5. Day 300

The agreement comes up for renewal

Now the owner compares options. The broker needs something credible on the table.

This is the moment a relaunch is for. A new plan with dates and figures, ready before the owner meeting.

Before the owner meeting

Every relaunch starts with one question

Why would the right buyer choose her? A Mangusta Open and an explorer answer that very differently. We find the answer before anything gets redesigned.

Fast open yachtThe argument is the run.

The relaunch builds on that answer: the yacht’s character, the evidence behind it and the buyer most likely to care. Then we keep the material current, and Listing Pulse shows what the market does with it.

How a relaunch works
ExplorerThe argument is the range.

Give the owner more than another update.

A relaunch gives the broker something concrete to bring: where the yacht stands, what changes, and what the owner will see every month from now on.

It has been nine months. What happens now?

We have reduced the price and contacted the market again. We will keep you posted.

Listing Pulse

Who to call today. And a live presentation for every co-broker.

Listing Pulse tells your team what to do about each listing today, and gives the owner a view of the work without a single buyer’s name in it.

Warm todayWho opened your personal link, came back or asked for the brochure in the last 72 hours. Your first call of the day goes to someone who is reading right now, not to the top of a list.
  • 02
An enquiry never waits unseenEvery enquiry from new to closed, with a reminder after 24 hours without a reply. No buyer is lost because a mail sat in a colleague’s inbox over the weekend.
  • 03
Mandate reviewThe period in figures, ready as a PDF sixty days before the central agency ends. You walk into the renewal with evidence instead of a request for more time.
  • 04
Reports the owner can readActivity and recorded sales work, without buyer details or internal notes. The owner looks instead of calling, and the monthly question answers itself.
  • 05
Broker-friendly, and liveBroker-friendly brochures were yesterday. Each co-broker gets a live presentation of the yacht without your brokerage, enquiries go to the co-broker, and you see the interest. How it works

The work after launch

The listing keeps moving. So should its website.

What ongoing management includes
  1. Week 0

The yacht gets her own address

Buyers, co-brokers and the owner open the same current presentation. The enquiry path goes straight to the responsible broker.

  2. Week 3

    The price changes

The current figure should reach the buyer who saved your link three weeks ago, as well as the person opening it today.

  3. Week 6

    New material arrives

Photography, film, a revised brochure or a new general arrangement becomes part of the same presentation.

  4. Week 9

    The show weekend

A viewing window creates a short burst of interest. Every scan and every follow-up message needs a destination that is still true on Monday.

  5. Month 3

    The owner checks in

Owners open their own view of the yacht whenever they like: visits, sources, enquiries and the viewings your team has recorded. Buyer details and internal notes stay with the brokerage.

How it works

Four waypoints. You stay at the helm.

  1. Waypoint 1

    We review the listing

Market position, price history, presentation and the route to the broker. From the public listing, free of charge.

  2. Waypoint 2

    We name the likely reasons

Momentum rarely fades for one reason. You get our hypotheses, the evidence for each, and an honest note where the data is thin.

  3. Waypoint 3

    We build the relaunch

A new sales story, her own website, campaign links for your outreach and Listing Pulse behind it.

  4. Waypoint 4

You take it to the owner

The plan is written for that meeting. You keep the mandate, the price authority and the relationship.

Connect with your CRM

Your CRM knows the contacts. Listing Pulse knows the yacht.

Keep the CRM your brokerage already uses. We connect the yacht websites and Listing Pulse with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and Pipedrive, so enquiries land where your team follows up, and the yacht’s side of the story stays in Listing Pulse.

Before you invest

What €300 a month buys. In figures you can check.

We will not quote you a benchmark for leads. Every yacht, price and market is different, and any broker who has sold a yacht knows it. What we can show is what changes in your week, and what the alternative costs the owner.

What changes in your week

  • You call the right person first. Listing Pulse shows who opened your personal link, which documents were read and which enquiry has waited 24 hours. The list to work through is the warm list, not the whole database.
  • A price change reaches everyone at once. The buyer who saved the link three months ago sees the new figure without anyone writing an email, and co-brokers never forward an old brochure.
  • The owner stops calling for updates. They open their own view: visits, sources, enquiries, viewings. No buyer names.
  • The mandate review is ready before the renewal. The period in figures, as a PDF, before the central agency ends.

What the alternative costs

A relaunch is usually proposed instead of a price reduction. Put your own yacht into the arithmetic:

Three months of YachtAddress for one yacht
€1,800
A 1 % price reduction on a €5 million yacht
€50,000paid by the owner, once, with nothing else changed
A mandate not renewed
the commissionon the whole sale, to another brokerage

Your figures will differ. The point is the order of magnitude, and that the owner usually pays the reduction, so the owner can pay the relaunch. How that conversation goes.

Your own figures after 30 days

Instead of an industry statistic you get your yacht’s numbers from day one: visitors, qualified visits, personal links opened, enquiries, recorded viewings. If the listing is not moving, you will see it in the data before the owner asks, and so will we.

What clients have said so far

Two client cases are live. For EL VIP ONE, Jonacor Yachts reported fewer enquiries, but enquiries from people who knew what they were asking about. DARLING is an active listing; the broker keeps price, location and Open Days current himself.

Start without a contract

The relaunch plan is free and comes before any contract: where she stands, the argument a relaunch would lead with, three ranked changes. If the plan does not convince you, the term never starts. Request the plan.
