Enquiries

The contact and listing review forms send your details and message to YachtAddress through Resend, our transactional email provider. We also send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Technical delivery records and keyed hashes help prevent abuse and duplicate sending; the website database does not store your enquiry text. These technical records are periodically removed after seven days. WhatsApp contact links open WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send the prepared message. No WhatsApp chat widget is loaded on this website. We use received information to understand and respond to the enquiry and arrange any requested discussion.

Website operation and analytics

The hosting service processes the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. We offer optional Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1VLY2G14SY) to understand page visits and whether an enquiry succeeds. The Google tag is loaded only after you select Allow analytics; declining does not load it. We configure page views with paths rather than query parameters. Our custom events record selected CTAs and portfolio projects, views of selected page sections, form starts, technical form errors, successful enquiries and contact channels. Event parameters use fixed labels and do not include names, email addresses, form contents or listing URLs. Google Analytics may also collect technical usage data and set analytics cookies after your consent. Your selection is saved in this browser and can be changed through Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics loading on this browser; it cannot undo data already sent. Google advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.

Meta Pixel

With the same consent we use the Meta Pixel (dataset 2186446765622935) of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show them to people who may be interested. The pixel is loaded only after you select Allow; declining does not load it. It sets cookies (such as _fbp) and sends Meta the page visited, your IP address, browser details and the events PageView, Lead (a successful enquiry) and Contact (a click on WhatsApp, email or phone). We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to Meta. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own purposes; for this processing we and Meta are joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR (Meta controller addendum). Data may be transferred to the United States; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through Analytics settings in the footer. More in the privacy policy of Meta. The website requests fonts from Google Fonts when available.

Product screenshots show demonstration data. The website update example changes the local preview only. Links to yacht demonstrations, the client platform and other websites lead to services with their own access and data handling.

Client work

Information handled in a YachtAddress client engagement is used for the agreed listing work. Buyer enquiries belong to the brokerage workflow and are routed to the responsible broker. The connected platform, tracking, reports and retention arrangements are agreed during onboarding.

Retention and requests

Enquiry correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, subject to applicable record keeping obligations. For an access, correction or deletion request, email pd@yachtaddress.com from the address used in your correspondence.
