What this site collectsand what happens to it.
YachtAddress collects very little. An email address when the Digital Sales Dossier is downloaded, the details submitted through the enquiry form, and standard website analytics. This page explains each of those in plain terms.

- WHO RUNS THIS SITE
- YachtAddress is a specialist studio founded and run by Patric Daccache. The contact point for anything on this page is pd@yachtaddress.com.

- THE DIGITAL SALES DOSSIER
- Downloading the Digital Sales Dossier requires an email address. That address, the resource requested, the page the request came from and the download timestamp are stored in the YachtAddress database. The address is used to deliver the Dossier and may be followed by one email about the Listing Audit. There is no newsletter subscription and the address is not sold or traded.

- THE ENQUIRY FORM
- The enquiry form stores the name, company or brokerage, email address, yacht or project reference, selected project type, message and the page the enquiry was sent from. That information is used to read, understand and reply to the enquiry. It is not used for unrelated marketing.

- WHERE THE DATA IS STORED
- Form submissions are stored in a hosted Postgres database operated through Supabase, with access rules that prevent public reading of those records. Writes are made by server-side code only. Website hosting providers also process ordinary technical request data such as IP address and user agent as part of serving the site.

- ANALYTICS
- This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are found and used, including page views and page paths. Google processes that data as an analytics provider. The purpose is aggregate understanding of site usage, not identification of individual visitors.

- LISTING AND CAMPAIGN WORK
- Where YachtAddress carries out client work, listing data, buyer enquiry data and campaign analytics belong to the brokerage engagement. That material is used only for the agreed scope, is not used for Patric Daccache's independent yacht-advisory work, and buyer enquiries are routed to the named broker rather than handled independently.

- HOW LONG DATA IS KEPT
- Information collected through this site is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period required to meet legal or accounting obligations. No fixed retention schedule is published because the appropriate period depends on the enquiry or engagement.

- ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION
- You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to pd@yachtaddress.com from the address you used, and the request will be actioned unless a legal obligation requires the record to be kept.

- This is a practical description of what this website actually does with information. It is not a legal opinion and it does not claim compliance with the requirements of any specific jurisdiction. It will be updated if the site's data handling changes.
