Single Yacht Activation

One listing / One fee

Harbour entrance at dusk with a large yacht lying off the pier headA dedicated marketing sitefor one yacht listing.

YachtAddress takes one active listing and builds a dedicated digital sales presence around the yacht's strongest purchase argument, then manages that presence through the entire sales period.

€2,000 Listing Activation

€600 / month Listing Management

01 / What happens first

Before anything is built, we work outwhat the yacht needs to say.

The activation begins with the listing, not with a template. Before design starts, we sit with the brokerage's current material and work out what the page has to carry.

  1. 01Review the existing listing, its sales material and the routes buyers currently take to reach it.
  2. 02Identify the yacht's strongest purchase argument and hold the whole page against it.
  3. 03Identify what is currently buried: material the brokerage already owns that a buyer never sees.
  4. 04Define the structure and the buyer journey, from the first link to the broker enquiry.
  5. 05Decide what belongs on the public page and what sits behind controlled access.

02 / What the €2,000 activation includes

Everything listed here is builtfor this yacht.

Yacht specific positioning and sales narrative
The argument is written around this yacht: its condition, its usage, its verifiable facts. Not borrowed phrasing from a brochure.
Dedicated yacht sales site
A complete presentation built for one listing, not a page inside the brokerage inventory template.
Brokerage branding and responsible broker contact
The brokerage's identity and the named broker stay visible across the whole buyer journey.
Photography, video, GA, brochure and specification integration
Existing approved material is edited into a deliberate page order. Nothing is re-shot and nothing is written around guesswork.
Enquiry flow and lead routing
Enquiries reach the responsible broker directly, through the routes the brokerage already trusts.
Existing tracking and analytics, where access is provided
Campaign and source context stay inside the brokerage's own measurement setup.
Brokerage domain or subdomain setup, where required and technically possible
The yacht's address sits under the brokerage's domain, not under a third-party one.
Mobile and desktop optimisation
Buyers reach the page from a broker message, so the phone experience is treated as the primary one.
Protected document area, where required
GA, survey material and sensitive documents sit behind access where the listing needs it.
Yacht show QR destination and campaign readiness
Links and QR paths are prepared for the distribution moments the brokerage already plans.
Launch QA and handover
The page is tested against the brokerage's own routes, contacts and reporting before it goes live.

The website is shaped around the yacht. The yacht is not dropped into a generic template.

03 / After launch

The listing keeps movingafter the site goes live.

Listing Management at €600 per month keeps the presentation current through the sales period. Managed each month:

  • 01Price and status updates as approved by the brokerage.
  • 02Location and show updates when the yacht moves or appears.
  • 03New photography and media as it is produced.
  • 04Brochure and specification updates.
  • 05Campaign landing adjustments for active outreach.
  • 06Lead flow monitoring.
  • 07Analytics and reporting where the setup supports it.
  • 08Keeping the sales presentation current for the whole listing period.

Major repositioning, complete redesigns, new standalone campaigns or major new creative work are quoted separately. They are not silently absorbed into the monthly fee.

04 / How it fits into the brokerage

Built to work withyour existing setup.

YachtAddress can work with the brokerage's existing CRM, analytics, attribution, campaign tracking and lead routing. The yacht receives its own sales presence without the brokerage replacing its current systems.

YachtAddress is not a replacement for the brokerage website. The main site keeps the inventory. The activated yacht gets a sales environment of its own.

05 / What the broker gets

Practical advantagesduring the sales period.

One place to send serious buyers
When the standard fleet page is not enough, the broker has a destination that carries the yacht properly.
A page that can carry a full sales argument
More than a normal listing template allows: narrative, media, technical material and documents in one deliberate order.
A consistent destination for every campaign moment
Ads, email, QR codes and yacht shows all point at the same controlled address.
Direct broker enquiry, not another sales channel
Buyers reach the responsible broker. No third-party inbox, no extra middle layer.
A presentation that moves with the listing
Price, location, media and documents change during a sales period. The page keeps up.
Clearer reporting for internal teams and owners
Where the brokerage's analytics setup supports it, activity and lead flow are visible to the people who need them.
Less pressure on the main brokerage website
Every listing-specific requirement no longer has to squeeze into the inventory template.

06 / What the owner gets

A dedicated assetfor their yacht.

The owner is paying for marketing. The activation gives that spend a visible form.

  • 01A visible marketing asset dedicated to their yacht.
  • 02Clearer evidence of active marketing work during the sales period.
  • 03An asset that evolves with the campaign rather than a brochure frozen at launch.
  • 04Reporting and campaign continuity the owner can be shown.

07 / Example

One yacht,one argument.

AFTER YOU is a concept study for a 60.2m Damen Xplorer. It shows how an explorer yacht's range, technical dossier, general arrangement and documents can sit inside one controlled buyer journey instead of being flattened under a gallery. The yacht's capability is the argument, and the page is ordered around it.

Current YachtAddress examples are self initiated concept studies created to demonstrate the model. See all concept studies or read how yacht microsites work as a format.

09 / Questions

The questions brokers askbefore activating.

Does this replace our existing listing?
No. The listing stays where it is, on the portals and the brokerage's own site. The activated yacht gains a dedicated sales environment that a standard listing template cannot carry. YachtAddress is not a replacement for the brokerage website.
Where do the leads go?
To the responsible broker, using the contact routes the brokerage already trusts. Enquiries can be routed into the existing CRM and workflows rather than becoming a separate channel.
Can it connect to our CRM and analytics?
Yes, where access is provided. Existing analytics, attribution and campaign tracking can remain in place, and lead routing can feed the systems the team already uses.
Who owns the domain, and what happens when the listing ends?
Domain and handover arrangements are agreed at activation according to the brokerage setup.
What is included in the €600 monthly management?
Approved price and status updates, location and show updates, new media, brochure and specification updates, campaign landing adjustments, lead flow monitoring and reporting where the setup supports it. Major repositioning, complete redesigns and new standalone campaigns are quoted separately.
