What is YachtAddress?
YachtAddress is a digital sales service for yacht brokerages, based in Dubai and working worldwide. It gives one active yacht listing its own dedicated sales presence, routes buyer enquiries to the responsible broker, and keeps that presentation current for as long as the yacht is on the market. It works alongside the brokerage website, the portals and the brokerage CRM. It does not replace the brokerage or the broker.
Who it is for
YachtAddress is used by yacht brokers, Central Agency teams and brokerage marketing and sales managers who hold an active listing that needs more than a standard inventory page. Owners selling through a brokerage are the indirect audience: the service supports the broker's sale of their yacht, and the owner relationship stays with the brokerage.
What it provides
- A Free Listing Review of one active listing, with a 30-minute call.
- Listing Activation: a dedicated sales presence for one yacht, built around its main purchase argument, with media, specification, documents and a direct enquiry path.
- Listing Management: approved price, status, location and show updates, new media, document changes and lead flow monitoring through the listing period.
- Brokerage Partnership: a custom arrangement for brokerages with more than ten yachts.
How enquiries are handled
Buyer enquiries go to the responsible broker named by the brokerage, using the contact routes the brokerage already uses. YachtAddress does not qualify buyers, arrange viewings, negotiate or handle the transaction. Those remain with the brokerage, together with the listing mandate and the owner relationship.
How it fits brokerage systems
CRM, analytics, attribution, campaign tracking and customer data can remain in the brokerage's existing infrastructure. Where access is provided, enquiries are routed into current workflows and existing tracking tools are retained. The brokerage website remains the company and inventory platform; YachtAddress adds a sales layer for the individual yacht. More detail is on the integration section for brokerages.

Founder and company
YachtAddress was founded by Patric Daccache, Founder of YachtAddress, who has 15 years of web design experience. He is the author of the book What They Don’t Tell You Before You Buy a Yacht and has been published in SuperYachtNews ("Why yacht buying should not be fun"). He is also on LinkedIn.
YachtAddress is the brand and service. The legal entity operating it is Yacht Advisor FZ-LLC, registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, RAKEZ in the United Arab Emirates, with an office in Dubai.
